Soccer Falls at Home to York

BRYN MAWR, Pa. – The Bryn Mawr soccer team fell to York at Applebee Field on Saturday afternoon, 4-0.
 
Highlights:
  • Meg Kalthof got the Spartans on the board early, scoring in the eighth minute. Kalthof found the back of the net again just 80 seconds later to give York a 2-0 lead.
  • Maddie Wise posted the third goal of the contest in the 24th minute as the Spartans would take a 3-0 lead into halftime.
  • York potted the fourth and final goal of the contest in the 78th minute from Emily Walker.
  • Silver Harris finished the contest with 10 saves.
 
The Owls head on the road for their next contest as they take on William Paterson University on Wednesday, September 16 at 6 p.m.
