Fitness Center & Pool Membership and Policies
Members of the Bryn Mawr College and Haverford College communities can enjoy the use of the Fitness Center, Pool, and Gym at no additional cost. Included within this cohort are the following:
- Current (undergraduate and graduate) BMC and HC students
- Current BMC and HC faculty and staff
- Spouses and partners of current faculty and staff
- Spouses and partners of current students
- Faculty emeriti and retired staff

Cost
Membership cost is $400 per year.

Registration - Follow these steps to become a member or renew a membership.
- Every member must complete a membership application and waiver/release form. Renewing members should complete an updated application and waiver/release annually.
- Send (or deliver in person) a completed application, with membership fee (in the form of a check made payable to Bryn Mawr College) to:

Upon receipt of a completed application, Courtney notifies the OneCard office to request access for member(s) to use the gym. New memberships must obtain a OneCard to begin membership use of the facility.
- Every member must have a OneCard to gain access to Schwartz. The OneCard Office is located on the 1st floor of Cartref Hall, Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. A $10.00 fee is assessed at the time of card pick-up. The OneCard is available as you wait and doesn't require a second trip to campus.
- Annual membership fee - Membership cost is $400 per person per year and can begin at any point in the calendar year. Membership extends for one year from date of application.
- Lockers - Day lockers are available to all Bryn Mawr College membership holders on a first-come, first-served basis. Lockers are located in the men's or women's Faculty/Staff locker rooms. Personal locks are required to secure the locker and must be removed by the end of the day. All members must provide their own towels and personal hygiene items.
