Pamphlet format only available from 2016 onward (excluding 2020). The Bryn Mawr Athletics Department began hosting an annual athletics banquet in 2012. Prior to 2012, the banquet was not an annual event and teams often awarded their awards individually. 
Bryn Mawr Athletics Department Awards Descriptions:

RAY THARAN AWARD: The Ray Award is given in memory of Ray Tharan, coach and instructor in physical education and was first presented in 1994. Historically, it is awarded to the student who shows spirit, enthusiasm and supports many athletic teams.   Faculty and staff members of the Bryn Mawr community are also eligible for the award.

JANET YEAGER CUP: The Yeager Cup is given in honor of Janet Yeager, an instructor in physical education at Bryn Mawr for over 30 years. First awarded in 1982, the Yeager Cup is presented to the individual who has given exceptional service to the athletic department. This award can be given to a student and/or member of the Bryn Mawr community.

ANNE LEE DELANO AWARD: The award was first given in 1983 in honor of Anne Lee Delano, former athletic director (1969-1980). At its inception, it was the most prestigious award given by the Department. This award is presented to the outstanding senior scholar-athlete who exhibits Scholarship (a minimum 3.5 GPA), Athletic Excellence (demonstrates outstanding prowess on the athletic field), and College Service (has offered service to the community).

JENEPHER P. SHILLINGFORD AWARD: The Shillingford Award, first awarded in 2000, is given in honor of Jenepher Shillingford, former Director of Athletics and Physical Education. Shillingford was athletic director at Bryn Mawr from 1980-1999. This award is presented to a member of the senior class who has demonstrated, throughout her four years: Athletic Excellence (demonstrates superior and consistent athletic ability and meet athletic potential), Sportsmanship (demonstrates a commitment to good sportsmanship on and off the "field of play" and rises above her peers), and Leadership (demonstrates leadership to teammate and department. Not necessarily a team captain. Her manner, presence and role modeling exemplifies her leadership abilities).

KATHY TIERNEY AWARD: This award is given in honor of Kathy Tierney, former Director of Athletics and Physical Education. Tierney was athletic director at Bryn Mawr from 2007-2022, during which time the College saw a tremendous amount of growth in athletic competitiveness and success. This award is intended to honor the "Most Outstanding Athlete" of the academic year. All student-athletes are eligible to receive the award.
