BRYN MAWR, PA — Bryn Mawr College officially removed the interim tag from
Margaret Wilman's title on June 1, naming her the Head Swim Coach and Aquatics Director following a successful 2025–26 campaign that saw the Owls continue to make strides both in and out of the pool.
Wilman guided Bryn Mawr through a season highlighted by six dual-meet victories, two new school records, and strong performances at the Centennial Conference Championships. Under her leadership, the Owls showed consistent improvement throughout the year while building momentum for the future of the program.
Throughout the 2025–26 season, Bryn Mawr delivered several notable performances, including record-setting swims that added to the program's history. The Owls also earned six dual-meet wins, showcasing the team's development across multiple events and lineup depth throughout the season.
At the Centennial Conference Championships, Bryn Mawr continued to build on its progress with competitive swims and personal-best performances. Wilman emphasized growth, consistency, and team culture during her first season leading the program, helping position the Owls for continued success moving forward.
In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Wilman serves as Aquatics Director, overseeing the operation and management of Bryn Mawr's aquatics programs and facilities.
Wilman brought extensive coaching and competitive experience to Bryn Mawr upon joining the staff. A former NCAA Division I swimmer at the University of North Carolina, she previously coached with Radnor Aquatic Club and has worked with swimmers at multiple competitive levels throughout the region.
With the interim title officially removed, Wilman now begins the next chapter of Bryn Mawr swimming with a full-time appointment after a season that established a strong foundation for the program.
