BRYN MAWR, PA - Bryn Mawr kept their winning streak alive with a 1–0 victory over Hood on Saturday afternoon at Applebee Field. A second-half goal from
Daniela Dosen and a strong defensive performance secured the Owls' fourth win of the season.
Highlights:
- After a scoreless first half, Bryn Mawr broke through in the 56th minute when Daniela Dosen socred her first goal of the season to give the Owls a 1–0 lead.
- Goalkeeper Lily Blackman earned the shutout with five saves, including three in the second half to preserve the advantage.
- Rece Anton generated consistent chances, recording a team-high four shots, three of them on goal.
- The Owls outshot Hood 6–5 in shots on goal, while both sides finished with 10 total shots.
- Defensively, the Owls limited Hood's set-piece opportunities, allowing only five corner kicks.
