IMMACULATA, PA - The Bryn Mawr volleyball team earned a 3-0 sweep over Immaculata on the road Wednesday night inside Alumnae Hall. The Owls steadily built momentum after a tight opening set and closed out the match in straight sets (25-23, 25-21, 25-23) to move their record back to 3-3 on the season.
Highlights
- The Owls tallied 22 kills as a team, with Adelaide Grace and Tula Reihman leading the front row. Grace hit .308 with six kills, while Reihman added five kills on a stellar .714 hitting percentage.
- Serving played a major role in the win, as Bryn Mawr collected nine service aces across the match. Elise Perry and Amanda Hughes combined for five of those aces.
- Setter Charlotte Mullen recorded 11 assists and 10 digs for a double-double performance.
- Defensively, Emma Loller anchored the back row with a team-high five digs, while the Owls collectively picked up 33 digs to limit Immaculata's offense.
- At the net, Bryn Mawr recorded four team blocks, highlighted by solo efforts from Grace and Reihman in key moments.
