BRYN MAWR, PA – The Bryn Mawr tennis team put up a strong fight against Virginia Wesleyan on their home courts but ultimately fell 5-2 in Saturday's match. The Owls excelled in doubles, securing two of the three matches, but Virginia Wesleyan dominated in singles play to claim the overall victory.

- The duo of Sophie Fenster and Fernanda Hurtado Mariscal shined in doubles, securing a convincing 6-4 win at the No. 1 spot.
- At No. 2 doubles, Lowrey West and Claire Emanuel delivered an impressive 7-6, 7-3 tiebreaker win, giving Bryn Mawr momentum heading into singles play.
