SALISBURY, MD – The Bryn Mawr tennis team hit the road for a tough matchup against Salisbury on Monday afternoon. Despite the final scoreline of 9-0, the Owls put up a fight in both singles and doubles against a strong opponent.

In doubles play, the duo of Claire Emanuel and Carina Roberts came closest to securing a win and closed in on their Salisbury opponents deep into the match. The first-year No. 3 doubles partners fought to the end before falling, 7-5.

On the singles side, Emanuel put together a hard-fought match at No. 4 singles, battling into a deciding set tiebreak before narrowly losing 6-3, 4-6, 10-4.
