SARATOGA, NY - The Bryn Mawr rowing team traveled to upstate New York on Saturday to continue their 2025 spring season with the Skidmore Sprints on Fish Creek. The women's teams in attendance included Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Vassar College, and host #14 Skidmore College. Bryn Mawr competed in the Women's Varsity Eight, the Women's Second Varsity Eight, and the Women's Third Varsity Eight events.

Highlights:

• In the Women's Varsity Eight, Bryn Mawr placed 2nd in their race with a time of 7:06, finishing 10 seconds behind Skidmore College, and ahead of RIT and Vassar.
• The Women's Second Varsity Eight placed 2nd with a time of 7:35, finishing closely behind Skidmore College and in front of RIT.   
• In the Women's Third Varsity Eight, Bryn Mawr placed 3rd, finishing behind RIT and Vassar's Third Varsity Eights in the category.

The Owls will return home to host and compete in the Upper Schuylkill Regatta on April 5^th against fellow MARC competitors St. Mary's College of Maryland and Franklin and Marshall College.
