ANNIVLLE, PA- Bryn Mawr field hockey traveled to Annville, PA to earn their seventh consecutive win on Saturday afternoon against a tough-nosed Lebanon Valley team. The Owls went down 1-0 early in the game but battled back to win, 2-1.

After a back and forth first half, Bryn Mawr returned to the pitch with determination. At 32:43, Novy Goetgeluk shot from the right wing through a crowd of Dutchmen and Owls to put the visitors on the board to tie the game, 1-1. Goetgeluk's goal helped the Owls find a new momentum against Lebanon Valley.

Not shortly after Goetgeluk's goal did the Dutchmen attack back, firing two shots on goal, however a save from goalie Charlene Basque and a defensive save from Zoe Woon staved off the offensive. Basque recorded three saves on the day.

Entering the fourth period, Bryn Mawr battled to find the back of the net. The Owls drew six penalty corners during the last 15 minutes of gameplay. At 55:17, Bryn Mawr earned penalty corner number six. A mishandled pass to the top of the circle was recovered by Noor Werndlij and re-entered to Maggie Barilla. Barilla put the ball in between the posts to secure a 2-1 lead over the Dutchmen.
