Sloan Johnson and sophomore

Bryn Mawr cruised to an 18-3 victory over by Lancaster Bible.
Bryn Mawr opened its high scoring affair minutes into the contest as Johnson found the back of the cage first. Yet it would be over 13 minutes before either team saw another goal. After a saved shot by Sullivan and wide shots by seniors

Meghan O'Shea. After an 8-0 lead for the home team, Lindsey Weaver finally found the cage for Lancaster Bible to quell Bryn Mawr's hopes for a shutout. Weaver scored once more in the second quarter to make it 11-2 in Bryn Mawr's favor, but that was as close as it would get as the Owls had one of their strongest quarters of the season with seven goals scored in total. Bryn Mawr closed the half 12-2.
Bryn Mawr had a stellar third quarter, seamlessly holding possession for most of the quarter. Owls scoring leader
Camille Franklin scored her 14th goal of the season followed by sophomore
Orli McGuire-Berk's first and only goal of the game. Johnson found the back of the cage twice to extend the Owls' lead to 14. This marked Johnson's third multi-scoring game of the season as she joins Franklin in double digit goals this season.
The Owls' offense pumped the brakes in the fourth quarter, sophomore
Leilani Soriano and first-year
Charlene Basque scoring the lone Bryn Mawr goals, notching them both to two goals for the season. Senior
Morgan Nash had her first scoring opportunity of the season but was unable to connect and missed wide. Lancaster Bible Kym Kouterick rounded out the scoring in the remaining three minutes of the game, but the Owls' extensive lead was no match for the Chargers and Bryn Mawr won 18-3. The Owls move to 4-1 this season.
Bryn Mawr will return to action in another home game against Immaculata on Wednesday at 4 PM.
