BRYN MAWR, Pa. - Bryn Mawr had a successful home match against Swarthmore on Wednesday night, swooping in for the kill by winning 5 of the 7 games played.

With 5 singles games being played, team captain Lexie Liu took her match into three games and won with a score of (21-11, 15-21, 21-18). Mariam Haider, team captain, had an extremely close match but lost with a score of (19-21, 5-21). Eram Haider (21-13, 21-11), Lamei Zhang (21-14, 21-18) and Mitzi Zhang (21-15, 23-21) all had pretty close games and pulled through in the end.

On the doubles turf, team captains Lexie and Mariam paired up for a narrow loss with a score of (16-21, 18-21). Lamei and Eram, playing the other set for doubles, amounted for a win with a score of (21-12, 21-10).

Overall, it was a very tight game and a great win for Bryn Mawr.
