Molly Dudrear joined Bryn Mawr as an assistant in the fall of 2022.

Molly graduated in 2018 from Drexel University. She was a 4-year rower and received her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Marketing. As a Dragon, Molly won Head of the Schuylkill in the Freshman 4+ and Knecht Cup in the Freshman 8+. In 2017 she won a Dad Vail Gold medal as well as a bronze medal in the Women’s Eastern Sprints and helped the team win their first Women’s Points Trophy at Dad Vails. In 2016 she won a Dad Vail and CAA Championship silver medal.

Molly began her coaching career in the 2017-18 season at Conestoga High School, where she herself graduated in 2013. She coached the girls lightweight double to gold at PSRA City Championships and Mid-Atlantics and silver medals at Stotesbury and SRAA Nationals, as well as a top-16 finish at Youth Nationals. Her other doubles also found success recording top 6 finishes at the Cities, Stotesbury's and SRAA's.

In 2018-19 Molly was the novice coach at Ridgewood HS where her Girls' Freshman Quad won a gold at the City Championships, a silver at the Stotesbury Cup Regatta and a top-6 finish at the SRAA Championships.

In 2019-20 Molly coached at the Dallas Rowing Club where she had the opportunity to coach the juniors program and row as a Master, coming in 3rd at the Heart of Texas regatta in the Mixed Double. She also received her U.S. Rowing Level 2 Certification while a coach at DRC.
