Physical Education Classes – Fall 2025, 1st Quarter 

Physical Education classes begin the week of September 8, 2025. First quarter classes begin the week of September 8 and end the week of October 20-24 (no classes during fall break from October 11-19). Semester long courses run from the week of September 8 to December 5.

Quarter classes are 1 PE credit and are six weeks long starting the week of September 8. Full semester classes are 2 PE credits and are 12 weeks long starting the week of September 8.

Kickboxing

  • Days: Tuesday/Thursday 

  • Time: 7:40pm-8:30pm

Zumba

  • Days: Tuesday/Thursday 

  • Time: 6:40pm-7:30pm 



Below is a list of Physical Education classes offered during the 1st quarter of the Fall 2025 semester:   

Basketball for Beginners

  • Days: Tuesday/Thursday 

  • Time: 11:40am-12:30pm 

Beginning Swim

  • Day: Monday

  • Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm 

Digital Storytelling 

  • Days: Tuesday/Thursday 

  • Time: 9:10am-10:00am 

Badminton

  • Days: Monday/Wednesday

  • Time: 9:10am-10:00am  

Walking Mindfully 

  • Days: Monday/Wednesday

  • Time: 11:10am-12:00pm

RAD (must attend all dates)

  • Dates: 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/22 (Wednesdays)
  • Time: 4:00pm-8:00pm

Second quarter PE classes will open for registration the week of October 20.  Classes will start the week of October 27 and will run for 6 weeks.

CPR

  • Days: Tuesday/Thursday 

  • Time: 1:25pm-2:15pm 

Yoga

  • Days: Tuesday/Thursday 

  • Time: 11:40am-12:30pm 

Walking Mindfully

  • Days: Monday/Wednesday

  • Time: 11:10am-12:00pm

Pickleball

  • Days: Tuesday/Thursday

  • Time: 11:40am-12:30pm

Beginning Swim

  • Day: Monday

  • Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm 

Taekwondo

  • Days: Monday/Wednesday

Fitness Rowing

  • Time: 9:10am-10:00am  

Novice, Nutrition and Noshes

  • Time: 4:10pm-5:50pm
