BRYN MAWR, PA- The Bryn Mawr College volleyball team has once again been recognized for its excellence in the classroom, earning the 2026 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award.

The AVCA Team Academic Award honors collegiate and high school volleyball programs that maintain a year-long team grade point average of at least 3.30 on a 4.0 scale during the 2025-26 academic year. The award celebrates programs that demonstrate a commitment to academic achievement while competing at a high level on the court.

Bryn Mawr continues its tradition of academic excellence with the recognition, adding another national academic honor to the program's history. The Owls have consistently exemplified the College's commitment to balancing success in the classroom with competition in NCAA Division III athletics.

The 2026 AVCA Team Academic Award recognized more than 1,400 collegiate and high school volleyball programs from across the country for their outstanding academic performance.
