CENTREVILLE, MD- Bryn Mawr rowing opened their spring season at the Washington College Invititational all day Saturday. Morning racing started with little wind and high tide, with wind speeds picking up throughout the day. The team competed two Varsity 8+ boats, and a Varsity 4+ boat. View Results from today's race HERE.

Highlights:

• In the morning Varsity 8+, the Owls turned in a time of 7:20.47, competing closely with a strong field that included Catholic, Jefferson, Stockton, and Washington College. The second Varsity 8+ crew followed with a 7:16.76 finish, placing them solidly in the mix, while the Varsity 4+ crossed in 8:52.99.
• During the afternoon session, Bryn Mawr continued to show resilience and depth. Both Varsity 8+ boats finished third, respectively with the first Varsity 8+ posting a time of 7:31.24, while the second Varsity 8+ finished in 7:39.30. The Varsity Four wrapped up the day with a second-place finish and a time of 8:58.77.
