LANCASTER, PA – The Bryn Mawr track & field team brought the energy and capped off the second and final day of the Centennial Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships with standout performances across four finals events.
Highlights:
• JUMPS: Fresh off her historic triple jump victory — becoming the program's first individual event champion since 2020 —
Jess Johnson returned to the runway ready for more. The senior delivered again, soaring to a 4th-place finish in the long jump with a mark of 5.08m and adding a 7th-place finish in the high jump at 1.44m.
• SPRINTS: Tebreia Vann-Crump was back on the track Sunday afternoon, lining up in a competitive 200m field. She powered down the straightaway to clock a 27.78, edging out runners from Haverford and Muhlenberg to secure a 16th-place finish and add valuable points for the Owls.
• RELAYS: The championships concluded with the always-electric 4x400m relay. The Owls quartet of
Eva Ackley,
Sofie Prieto,
Rosa Carbon, and
Mika Heshiki delivered a season-best performance, combining for a 4:39.14 finish to place 9th overall and close the meet on a high note.
