BRYN MAWR, Pa. – Freshman Rachel Ofili led the Owls with eight kills as Bryn Mawr fell to visiting Gettysburg, 3-0 (25-20, 25-13, 25-13), Saturday afternoon.

Staying close with the Bullets all through the first set, Bryn Mawr pulled within two, 20-18, before Gettysburg eventually claimed the 25-20 win. In the sec and third set, Bryn Mawr was unable to stay close to Gettysburg as both sets ended in 25-13 scores.

In addition to her eight kills, Ofili added four digs, one service ace and one total block. Freshman Noemi Moreno tallied seven kills, three assists and three digs. Freshman Zoe Holman handed-out a team-best 10 assists while sophomore Danielle Preziuso dished-out five.

The Owls are back to action a week from today when they travel to Baltimore, Md., on Saturday, Oct. 20, to take on Johns Hopkins and Susquehanna.
