Box Score BRYN MAWR, Pa. – Sophomore Nicolette Parmese picked-up her sixth double-double of the season with 13 points and 13 rebounds against Gettysburg Tuesday night in Centennial Conference action. The Bullets defeated the Owls 61-22 for their fifth win of the year.
Gettysburg controlled the opening half as they held Bryn Mawr to eight percent shooting from the floor. The Bullets held a 38-8 advantage at the half.
In the second, the Owls fared a little better as they shot 27.3% from the floor led by Parmese's half-high 10 points. Juniors Taytiana Welch and Aislinn Toohey tallied the other four points for the Owls in the half.
Sophomore Jackie Handy grabbed a game-best 15 rebounds while freshman Holly Constants chipped-in three points.
The Owls travel to Allentown on Thursday to take on Cedar Crest at 7:00 pm.
