GETTYBURG, Pa. – Sophomore goalie Faith Westdorp posted 11 saves as host Gettysburg defeated Bryn Mawr 8-0 in Centennial Conference action Saturday afternoon.

Hayward Sawers and Sarah Cole each tallied two goals while Liz Baron added two assists and a goal to help the Bullets improve to 5-7 on the season and 3-3 in league play.

Ashleigh Guise, Kelly Madden and Kristen Olenick tallied the other three goals for Gettysburg.

Freshman Maddie Beckmann took a team best six shots as classmate Mikah Farbo and junior Isidora Armentrout took one each.

The Owls are back on the field when they travel to Haverford on Wednesday, Oct. 19, for a 4:30 pm contest with the Fords.
