Laura Marzano Kemper joined the Bryn Mawr Athletics Department in 2007 as the Assistant Athletic Trainer where she is the primary trainer for the Field Hockey, Swimming, and Lacrosse teams.
Since 2007, Kemper has been a Physical Education Senior Lecturer at Bryn Mawr as an American Heart Association First Aid and CPR Instructor for students and various college staff and has served as a council member and annual speaker of the Bryn Mawr Body Council. She is also an original committee member of Bryn Mawr College Self Care Committee, an organization whose mission is to spread awareness of self-care to the college community through various educational resources and events on campus.
Between 2007-2017, Kemper served as the Bryn Mawr College Community Fit Club Coordinator and Instructor.
Kemper has professional certifications and licenses in NATABOC Athletic Training, Pennsylvania State Athletic Training, American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor, and American Heart Association Professional Rescuer.
Before working at Bryn Mawr, Kemper received her Bachelor of Science Specialization in Athletic Training from Hofstra University and her Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware. While at Delaware, Kemper served as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer and served as the primary athletic trainer for Men’s Soccer and Softball.
