Bryn Mawr College

Allison Hudak joined the Bryn Mawr staff as Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach in November 2023. On September 1, 2025, she expanded her role to also serve as Assistant Athletic Trainer while continuing her work in strength and conditioning.

Hudak brings with her more than 15 years of experience as a collegiate athletic trainer at nearby Swarthmore College, where she honed her passion for injury prevention and reconditioning programming. While working with all varsity and club scholar athletes, Hudak regularly collaborated with the resident strength and conditioning coaches who helped instill a deep appreciation for a holistic approach to health and wellness.  

As a leader in collegiate athletics, Hudak is dedicated to active engagement throughout the campus community. She has served as co-advisor to Athletes for Diversity and Inclusion (ADI) and was their liaison to the Swarthmore Athletics for Inclusive Excellence (SAIE) committee.  

In her free time, Hudak has discovered a love for hiking in state and national parks and has a goal of visiting at least one new national park every year.
