LOGAN TOWNSHIP, N.J.- The Bryn Mawr cross country team closed out its 2025 campaign on Saturday afternoon, competing at the NCAA Division III Metro Regional Championships, hosted by Rowan College at Dream Park. The Owls turned in a strong collective effort to cap their season, finishing the day with two personal records against a deep regional field.

Highlights:

• Senior Eva Ackley led the way for Bryn Mawr, posting a personal record time of 24:19.6 to earn 68th overall and pace the Owls in her final collegiate cross country meet.
• Fellow senior Sofie Prieto followed close behind, clocking a season-best 24:26.3 as Bryn Mawr's second finisher.
• Sophomores Alyson Bostrom and Emma Smirk rounded out the scoring for the Owls. Bostrom crossed third for Bryn Mawr in 26:11.1, while Smirk closed her day with a personal record of 26:13.8, securing the final scoring spot.

With two personal records and a season-best performance, the Owls wrapped up the year on a high note as they look ahead to the Indoor Track and Field season, which is slated to kick off on Saturday, December 6^th at Ursinus College for the Bow Tie Invitational.
