GLASSBORO, N.J. – The Bryn Mawr cross country team placed 14
th in the NCAA Metro Regional Championship for the second straight year, marking the third year in a row where the team has finished in the top half of the region.
The Owls' seniors led the charge for the day with
Evelyn Cheng (24:10),
Caroline Robertson (24:50) and
Ellie Schumacher (25:39) all setting personal records.
Sophomore
Sofie Prieto (26:07) and first-year
Cora Rosin (26:36) rounded out the scoring position with junior
Sohini Sarkar (26:45) close on the pack.
Sophomore
Natasha Kwiatkowski (26:58) earned the final personal record of the day with her first time under 27 minutes.
The team took wins over Centennial Conference rival Muhlenberg, Eastern Delaware Valley, Drew, St. Josephs (LI), Rutgers-Newark, Immaculata, Gwynedd Mercy, Cairn, Medgar Evars, Kean, PSU-Abington, Valley Forge, and Cedar Crest.
