The Bryn Mawr Owls had a great showing on their home course at the Navy Day Regatta on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia. The women's varsity eights faced up against Division I, II and III teams in the Collegiate 8+ event.

The Women's 1st varsity eight (Coxswain Abby Harris, Stroke Camryn Teranes, Tova Just, Trinity Dillard, Coco Vallon, Madelynn Hicks, Olivia Herman, Emily Rho, Sara Radmall) completed a successful course, finishing 17th out of 30 crews. The crew finished with the fastest DIII time of the event at 13:31.

The women's 2nd varsity eight (Coxswain Sophia Hoffman, Stroke Sarah Stephens, Lily Goltz, Lindsay Damon, Elenore Wheeler, Juliana Vair, Emme Law, Claire Ford, Spencer Smith) had a strong showing as a crew, and completed the course with a time of 15:48.

In the Freshman/Novice 4+ event (Cox Zoe Beer, Stroke Ninel Paez-Carrion, Leah Sutton-Smith, Ella Allan-Rahill, Amy Guan) these Bryn Mawr athletes had their first racing experience. The team had a strong showing with a time of 19:18.

The Owls will head to Boston next weekend to compete in the historic Head of the Charles Regatta in the College 8+ and 4+ events.
